Kake Di Hatti is an iconic eatery located at Delhi 6 (Chandni Chowk), serving authentic North Indian food across four generations for more than seven decades, since 1942. Kake Di Hatti’s signature Naans & dishes are prepared using traditional methods & blends of different herbs and spices, such as Hamamdasta, providing unmatched dishes with a distinct taste in addition to serving the biggest Naan in the country, for which the restaurant is known as “King of Naan™”.


  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Preparation of Indian Curries and Naans
  • Assisting kitchen staff
  • Responsible for completing work in given time
  • Responsible for presentation as per standards
  • Responsible for final food quality
  • Available to work on weekends, night shifts and festivals
  • Available to travel across India to work in any Franchise Outlet


  • Chef – Indian, (Chinese & Continental Cuisines optional but not required)
  • Excellent record of kitchen management
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Communication skills
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
  • Available to work in company restaurants or franchise locations across India
  • Must have own conveyance
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Experience with franchising and hospitality industry


  • Salary: INR 20,000-24,000
  • Travel expense reimbursed
  • Full-time
